Yoga at Emmetts

Miranda Taylor teaches a weekly yoga class in the threshing barn at Emmetts. Every Tuesday, 6pm - 7:30pm. Each class finishes with delicious homemade herbal teas and a light vegetarian supper.  

Everyone welcome - yogis and beginners alike! Whether you are a horse rider, farmer or regular yogi, Miranda will encourage you to stretch, relax, breathe and ensure better sleep and keep injuries at bay using all the tools of classical yoga. Miranda is highly trained and specialises in using yoga as a therapy.

Students can book weekly sessions and discounts are available for those booking a block of six sessions.
