Food Curiosity evenings

Our food curiosity evenings are a regular feature in collaboration with the Curious Curator and George Irvine. We explore a variety of themes but always celebrating and supporting local produce and the community. Extra special attention is paid to sourcing ingredients from Exmoor and its peripheries!

FORTHCOMING DATES:

Friday 14th February - Mutton from Tom Burge in Oare. CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW.

Tom Burge farms in the stunning hills of Exmoor’s Doone Valley, surrounded by nature’s beauty. His farming practices work in harmony with the environment, focusing on regenerating soil and supporting wildlife. Unlike traditional farmed lamb, Tom lets his wethers mature naturally on the heather and wild flora of the valley. This slow, sustainable approach produces exquisite Exmoor Mutton, rich in flavor and deeply rooted in the landscape.

We will try our utmost to cater for food allergies. Please do let us know as far in advance as possible.

You can join the mailing list to be one of the first to know when tickets for future dates are released by emailing hello@emmettsonexmoor.com.

Accommodation is available both here at Emmetts and also at the nearby Exmoor Forest Inn. Please email hello@emmettsonexmoor.com for more details or book a bed and breakfast room here
