This will be a wonderful and friendly introduction to a small daily yoga practice and breathing, along with fun workshops, advice and practical tips to improve our health and diet. Miranda will lead us through a simple and easy introduction to stretching and breathing.
This is a day for beginners and yogis alike, all those who would like to build a daily practice and work with the more subtle tools of yoga for independence, strength and flexibility. We will eat healthy delicious food which will be as local and as sustainable as possible, following an Ayurveda way of eating.

Miranda Taylor is a classical yoga teacher and yoga therapist in the Krishnamacharya lineage. For more than fifteen years she has studied many of the ancient yoga texts and Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science for lifestyle and food). Also, she teaches Vedic chanting and sound workshops. Miranda was part of the core London Yoga Festival team in 2018-19 with Colin Dunsmuir as director and has taught children in schools. She now mostly works one to one with students online and in person, as well as leading our weekly yoga sessions at Emmetts.
