February 2023 saw the first of our pop-up 'food curiosity' evenings in collaboration with George Irvine and The Curious Curator! The inaugural date saw George draw on his travels through Rajasthan and put together a fantastic Indian feast using 35 spices. 30 guests joined us and a good time was had by all.
Going forward, the food curiosity evenings will be a regular feature with a variety of themes but always celebrating and supporting local produce and the community. Watch this space!

March - George has developed a special menu exploring the diversity of pork. The pork used will be from our own rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs and it will be paired with locally produced Smith Hayne cider. Following supper, King Arthur will join us for some magic!
